  5. Very useful!!! I received my law degree from abroad – so my training was very different. As a result, when I started practicing in the U.S. – faced huge obstacles at work. This is extremely valuable specially to foreign lawyers. Thank you.

  6. Excellent article. As a paralegal with 9 years of experience and a soon to be law school graduate I have always wondered about “cutting” or simply making the pleading more brief. Hearings that I attended always made me wonder if the judge took the time to read the motion or if he is just hearing it for the first time during argument. Thanks for the video.
